In small groups, four people discuss a shared question without comments or judgments. It is not about opinions or evaluations, but about speaking from oneself, sharing one's own experiences and desires.

While one person speaks, the others practice truly listening and simultaneously noticing what the words evoke within themselves. This simple structure opens a space where understanding grows - for the other and for oneself.
