Sweet Lottery

Free-Jazz PURE - Andreas Hörhammer nurtured the dream of once again ignoring apparent boundaries of collective creative work through a music project. Funded by Aktion Mensch, he implements this idea at Lebenshilfe Freising by bringing together musicians from residential facilities and jazz musicians from the cultural scene - namely Julia Schröter, Mäx Huber, and Norbert Bürger - to make music together with only three rehearsals and no guidelines. In complete improvisation, they respond to various incoming impulses from fellow musicians, which are taken up, adopted, and developed further by the others. A project that lives from the simplicity of creative doing and the dissolution of all differences. This enables immediate playful participation where all involved show that an equal society doesn't have to be a utopia.
