Nilo

Nilo was born in Sapporo. She debuted in 2007 with the major album 'Bossa@NILO'. Since 2011 she has been based in Munich and is active between both countries. She produces music rooted in bossa nova and sings in Japanese, English, Portuguese, and German. So far she has produced nine albums and has performed in Europe not only in jazz clubs but also at various Japanese festivals and anime conventions, where she sings city pop and Japanese anime song covers. More recently she has also been producing city pop.
